Average Delivery Times

To reduce our carbon footprint, items are sent from the closest point to you, depending on the headquarters of the designers and our own base in Dubai. Some products are unique meaning that for real there is only one available in the whole world. For international shipments, we always strive for a maximum of a week’s delivery time. Holidays and Covid-19 restrictions might affect this estimated delivery times though. For local deliveries, it goes much faster, taking 1-2 days.

Few of our products are made when the order is placed (also called backorder or made to order). That will be duly informed at the product page so when you are selecting the product you are in the know. In any case, you will receive an email confirming the order and providing the dates when the product will be ready and shipped.

We are constantly trying to improve our service and your support and feedback are vital for us. Please share with us how we can improve, and make it better, easier, and more convenient for you. Goshopia was born with the aim to facilitate the conscious consumer, remove the hassle of the research, and make your transition to a more sustainable and conscious life easier.

For that reason, we also want to share with you that when packing we might recycle materials to protect the items.

Shipping Information

Goshopia offers delivery to almost anywhere in the World. Please note that if you order from multiple brands or designers, your items may arrive separately. Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated based on where the products are dispatched from and the final destination country. Please note that Covid-19 might increase the estimated delivery times unexpectedly.

While Goshopia ships internationally, the brands on our site can determine where their pieces are distributed. This means that some items may not be available to purchase in all regions. A selection of beauty products and other items may also be restricted by local customs and regulations in your country. We will keep you posted in case your purchase is going to experience such a situation.

We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimize any potential delays.

Custom Taxes, Duties & VAT

At all times, we aim to make your order & shipping experience as seamless as possible and reduce any additional costs to you where possible, however, the price you pay to Goshopia excludes all import duties and sales taxes. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Goshopia offers Free Shipping but customs, taxes, and duties are not included in your order and/or shipping total.

As it depends on Customs, we are unable to advise the exact amount and recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order to check these costs.  Goshopia, therefore, is not responsible for fees associated with import. These fees must be paid by the recipient. Once these duties and taxes are paid to the carrier your order will be released from customs.

In case you are ordering from within your own customs zone or region, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes.
