HOW TO CARE FOR MY SELENACARE TEENS PERIOD PANTY
When it comes to caring for period underwear, we recommend rinsing it initially with cold water, then washing it with lukewarm water at 30°C (86°F), and then allowing the panties to air dry. Do not use fabric softeners, or bleach, and do not tumble dry.
Thanks to the antibacterial protective membrane, hygienic use is guaranteed for at least 50 washes.
RELIABLE PROTECTION
Your flow is as unique as you are. I have quite heavy periods and so far so good! But in case, you need to, you can complement your SelenaCare underwear with a menstrual cup or a tampon. The Teens period panty can absorb up to 20 ml of menstrual fluid (during your period you lose 50-80 ml of blood on average).
SIZES
Although there are standardized sizes in different geographic regions of the world, each manufacturer has different characteristics. These are the sizes available for the Sporty: S-152 (11-12 Years), M- 158 (12-13 Years), and L-164 (13-14 Years).
The sizing is based on height. So, S- 152, would be if the young adult is 1.52 meters tall up to 158 which will start being a Medium. The ages provided serve as a reference.
