Conscious Deliveries, From Our Heart to Yours
At Goshopia, we believe that sustainability doesn’t stop at the product. That’s why our shipping process is designed to be as low-impact, transparent, and beautiful as the pieces we curate. Most items are shipped directly from the designer or artisan who created them, minimizing carbon emissions and supporting local economies.
Shipping Costs
To keep things simple and fair, we offer:
- FREE international shipping on orders over 150 USD / 550 AED
- DISCOUNTED international shipping for orders between 100–149 USD → just 20 USD (75AED)
- Standard international shipping for orders under 100 USD → 40 USD (150 AED)
- UAE local delivery → 30 AED flat rate
- FREE UAE shipping on orders over 375 AED
Note: Bulky items (such as furniture or some home décor) may have custom shipping fees. Contact us for details.
Delivery Times
We aim to ship your pieces from the closest possible location to reduce our carbon footprint and delivery time.
- If products are in the UAE: 1–2 working days
- International orders: 5–7 working days on average
Made-to-order items may take longer, and this will be clearly noted on the product page. You’ll also receive an email with estimated preparation and delivery times after placing your order.
Sustainable Packaging
We encourage all our vendors to use recyclable, compostable, or reusable packaging. Many packages include a story card about the item and the artisan behind it. Whenever possible, UAE orders are delivered in a branded cotton Goshopia bag as a gift from us to you.
We also reuse packaging materials when appropriate to reduce waste. Every parcel is packed with care, love, and purpose.
Global Availability & Customs
We ship to nearly every corner of the world. Depending on your location and the designer, items may arrive separately. Please note that if you order from multiple brands or designers, your items may arrive separately. Shipping charges and delivery times are calculated based on where the products are dispatched from and the final destination country.
Some beauty items and goods may face restrictions in certain countries. In rare cases, brands may limit sales to specific regions. We’ll always notify you in case of any issue.
Goshopia is not responsible for customs delays or local import laws but we do our best to minimize any disruptions.
Taxes, Duties & VAT
Import taxes, customs duties, and VAT are not included in your order total. These are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. As it depends on Customs, we are unable to advise the exact amount and recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order to check these costs. Goshopia, therefore, is not responsible for fees associated with imports. These fees must be paid by the recipient. Once these duties and taxes are paid to the carrier your order will be released from customs.
